Fees are due at time of service. I accept ACH payments and  credit or debit cards.
I am not contracted with health insurance companies, Medicare, or Medi-Cal, and am not a member of any managed care provider panels. I will provide you with an invoice (a superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement if accepted by them.
